If you are entitled to school transport please let the school office know which days your child/ren will be using the school bus and the bus number/company.
When the bus arrives at school the children are collected from the bus by a teaching assistant and looked after in a dedicated room until they are escorted to their classroom. After school, the younger children are taken to the library and the older children make their own way to the library, where they are met by a teaching assistant. A register is taken to ensure safeguarding. If you have made alternative arrangements for your child (going to a friend’s house, collected by yourself or grandparents etc.) you will need to make us aware that they will not be on the school bus.
